Who We Are

Bay State Executive Association is the oldest and most successful business development/networking group in Massachusetts. Founded in 1971, it is a non-profit organization, owned by its members. Each of the member companies is from a different industry.

Attendance is by invitation only, and membership is finalized by a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors. Our members consist of owners and representatives of companies, with business contacts numbering in the thousands.

Members meet weekly to learn about each other, share business information, and develop a relationship of trust that permits them to confidently:

  • Develop their own businesses.
  • Share business contacts with each other.
  • Receive valuable introductions to key "players" in the business world.
  • Confer value on their own customers and clients by introducing them, at the customer or client's request, to an extensive network consisting not only of Bay State members, but also of thousands of contacts, clients and customers that the members enjoy throughout the New England area.
